Salon COVID-19 guidelines
All guidelines below are to ensure the safety of our staff and clients whilst within our premises.
All services are on a strict appointment only system.
Appointments must be made by calling the salon and pre-booking your appointments.
Walk-in appointments and the colour bar will not be available.
If you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend your appointment and inform us as soon as possible.
Please arrive to your appointment on time with clean hair dry hair and washed hands.
The government guidelines require us to try and limit the amount any one person spends within the salon, this may result in us being unable to achieve certain colours in one visit and also some iron work, blow drys etc. may not be able to be performed in order for us to adhere to the guidelines.
On arrival clients MUST wait outside the salon socially distancing from others until they are invited by a member of the team to enter the salon.
When entering the salon hand sanitiser provided must be used and face masks MUST be worn.
PPE is available in the salon at a cost.
Every client will have their temperature checked with a non-touch thermometer, anyone showing a raised temperature WILL be asked to reschedule their appointment after their isolation period.
Within the salon we will be exercising strict social distancing measures and for this reason we would ask that each customer attend their appointments alone were possible.
Any client who needs to be accompanied by someone MUST contact the salon prior to their appointment to see if at the specific time this may be accommodated.
Failure to adhere to this may risk us having to refuse entry to the salon.
All clients will need to look after their own coats and bags and must be kept with them.
At the moment we are unable to offer refreshments and so would ask if you bring your own you must remove any empty packaging.
Please be aware after each service each section will be fully sanitised along with equipment used, nothing will be used twice and where possible disposable items will be used. Clients should try to wear 'older clothing' as the disposable protection may NOT protect clothing as well as our usual protection and we cannot be held responsible for ant damage.
This may result in slightly longer waiting time between appointment.
All usual payment methods will be accepted but we would ask that if using cash you could bring the correct amount as change cannot be given at this time.
There will be a designated area where payment can be made.
The salon and staff have undergone a rigorous COVID-19 risk assessment to ensure everybody’s safety within the salon these are unprecedented times and we would like to ask for everybody’s patience through this period.
We would also like to thank everyone for their continued support through this difficult time.
